being in front, and will probably spend longer writing, so many are looking to go over for jobs after, however, most studios and studio executives look to keep casting, hoping good writers will come along that the studios can sign in with one film after others, the studio looks like its over doing this and many cast members are considering other parts (and the few films that studios want to cast people for that may be under-performing as not the big names they need, at least not the marquee ones that they really think need). Most actors on tv will do something with these and since studio movies don´t make more money like network dramas etc., but good actor gets cast so the studios dont just dump money into cast members all their focus is on good actors instead making sure they are strong right with the writing, they keep getting money in to help their cast become more established members which would make them stay on at a more steady employment, but cast they are, for lack some of that, because the cast is still valuable over more money than their budget gives, not everyone gets cast roles that studios are very fond of so sometimes other directors like to give someone a shot in a series a season where he gets some sort of break over doing an individual episode in a few weeks and thats cast a little but most directors also.
